We are a Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), serving adults with behavioral health needs. The residence offers 24/7 supervision, private rooms, therapeutic support, daily life skills, and case management coordination among other related services. The services align with Arizona’s AHCCCS Medicaid system and regional Health Plans.

Our residential facility is conveniently located 6.8 miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 4.1 miles south of I-17. Lucy Homes is an in-network provider with most insurance.
